Hi there! I’m Nicole Kimberly Evans, the voice behind Simplitty – also known as Miss Simplitty. Your guide to travel, blogging, and lifestyle discoveries. While I prefer to keep some aspects of my life private, everything I share here comes from real experiences. Think of me as your introverted, slightly shy, but oh-so-enthusiastic online friend who loves sharing passions with the world!
A Lifelong Love Affair with Blogging
My love affair with blogging started way back in 2015. It all began with a book blog, a space for me to geek out about my latest reads and share hidden literary gems with fellow bookworms. Even though that blog took a hiatus while I finished university and started my office career, the desire to create and connect online never truly faded.
In 2023, Simplitty emerged as the culmination of all my passions. It wasn’t just about reigniting my love for blogging. It was about creating a platform to share my ever-growing knowledge and experiences in travel, beauty, and, of course, the wonderful world of blogging itself.
From Tourist to Travel Blogger: Sharing the World, One Post at a Time
While I may not have a suitcase permanently in hand these days, my wanderlust is stronger than ever. My early adventures as a tour rep, tour leader, and tour guide in Turkey left an indelible mark. Those experiences not only instilled a love for exploring new cultures and destinations. They also honed my skills in storytelling and photography – essential tools for any travel blogger!
Now, through Simplitty, I take you along on my virtual journeys. From the ancient ruins of Greece and Egypt to the charming streets of Germany and the historical sites of Italy (and let’s not forget exploring the hidden gems in Turkey!).
I’ll share my travel tips, captivating photos, and personal experiences to inspire your own wanderlust. You can trust me. All of that is supported by education – I have a bachelor’s degree in International Tourism followed by a master’s degree in Management in Tourism. So, all I share is a result of my university learning and real-life experience.

The world of blogging is ever-changing, and I’m constantly striving to learn and adapt. From mastering the intricacies of SEO (thanks for the challenge, AI!) to staying on top of the latest blogging trends, I’m dedicated to providing my readers with high-quality, informative, and engaging content. My education helps me a lot as I have a bachelor’s degree in IT and Econometrics.
But beyond the technical aspects, what truly excites me is the opportunity to connect with a community of like-minded individuals. Simplitty is a space for us to share stories, swap tips and tricks, and support each other on our journeys toward a simpler, more fulfilling life.
A Self-Proclaimed Bookworm, Budding Graphic Designer, and Dreamer
When I’m not glued to my computer, crafting blog posts, or tinkering with SEO strategies, you might find me curled up with a good book (because, hello, bookworm!). Reading has always been my escape, a way to explore new worlds and learn something new.
Oh, and I can’t forget to mention my love for graphic design! It’s a creative outlet that allows me to express myself visually, and I’m always looking for ways to incorporate it into Simplitty.
But above all, I’m a dreamer. I dream of the day when I can ditch the 9-to-5 grind and dedicate myself fully to Simplitty, to becoming a successful, financially free blogger.
